FloridaPiers.com is a free public directory of fishing piers, docks, jetties, boat ramps and waterfront access points in Florida. The site is operated by MediaWows.com. You can reach us at hoosieradsales@gmail.com.
You can browse this entire site without telling us who you are. We do not require registration, we do not sell products, and we do not maintain user accounts.
We collect personal information in only one situation: when you choose to send us a message through our contact form. That form asks for your name, email address, a subject and your message. We use those details solely to read and reply to your enquiry, and the message is delivered to our email inbox. We do not add you to a mailing list and we do not sell or rent this information to anyone.
Like almost all web servers, our host records standard technical log data — IP address, browser type, and the pages requested — which is used for security and troubleshooting.
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used — which pages are visited, how visitors arrive, and roughly where in the world they are. Google Analytics sets cookies and processes information such as your IP address, device and browser type, and the pages you view. We use this only in aggregate, to see which parts of the directory are useful and which need work. We do not use it to identify individual visitors, and we do not combine it with the details you send through the contact form.
You can prevent Google Analytics from collecting your data by installing the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on, or by blocking cookies in your browser. Google's own explanation of how it handles this data is in Google's Privacy Policy and its Analytics data-practices page.

Listing pages embed maps and street-level imagery from Google Maps. When a map loads, Google may set cookies and receive your IP address, subject to Google's Privacy Policy. Maps are loaded only when you scroll them into view.
Listings link to the websites of the piers, parks, marinas and businesses we describe. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
This site is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Most browsers let you block or delete cookies through their settings. Blocking advertising cookies will not stop you from using this site. If you have contacted us and would like the message and your details deleted from our inbox, email hoosieradsales@gmail.com and we will remove them.
