About M.B. Miller County Pier
Built in 1961 and stretching 1,500 feet into the Gulf of Mexico, M.B. Miller (also called the Bay County Pier) is one of the two long Panama City Beach piers, sitting near the west end of the beach not far from St. Andrews State Park. It's open 24/7 year-round.
As of 2026, walking the pier costs about $3–4 per person and a daily fishing pass (which doubles as your state licence) runs around $6–7, with children under 6 free — payment is cashless (card only, with on-site kiosks to convert cash if needed).
