About Juno Beach Pier
Operated by the Loggerhead Marinelife Center (better known locally for its sea turtle rescue work), this 990-foot Atlantic pier combines solid fishing with a conservation-minded operator. Fees are modest: $2 for spectators, $5 for adult anglers, $3 for youth 12 and under, with veterans fishing free.
Hours run sunrise to sunset from March through October, and shift to 6 a.m.–10 p.m. (weekdays) or midnight (weekends) in the winter months. The pier house has a snack bar, gift shop, and rental tackle for anyone who shows up without gear.
Anglers work the pier in thirds: the inshore stretch is best for croaker, snook, flounder, and redfish; the middle for pompano, permit, mackerel, and bluefish; and the far end for kingfish, cobia, big crevalle jack, and the occasional shark.
